hey im swapping a b18c1 in my 95 honda civic coupe and i was going to buy the AEM Hybrid CAI and i was wondering are they street legal in Ohio any one here from Ohio and have one?

I ran this exact setup and passed e-check in Ohio. The key is making sure you have a functioning catalytic converter.

he'd know best.. i know in CA they're not smog legal because there is no carb sticker with them and most swaps arent legal to begin with .. lol
