ok guys i am already to do my swap 97 civiclx d16 to a b16a i just wanted to know about my tranny i got the tranny on but what i was wondering is do i need to add fluid to the tranny being that the axles are out or is it ok to put it in and drive to the shop (7miles) to have the tranny fluid changed? also the hoses for the radiator should i get the one for the 99si or use the ones made for my car?

SI ones should work or check out some integra ones either one will work. I wouldn't suggest driving with no fluid go pick up some tranny lube.. get mom's to drive you 7 miles.. not worth the risk

edit: get it while yoru getting the hoses lol

get 99-00si radiator hoses. and add the tranny fluid in during the swap. i wouldnt chance driving it without enough fluid.

use Honda MTF "manual tranny fluid", and don't pour it in until the axles are in also, otherwise it will leak out, also your tranny takes 2.1 quarts of tranny fluid.
