Aries Drop Forged Pistons

My buddy is building my engine and I want to put a turbo on down the road. If he puts these pistons in, will this create a problem with turbo ? or will it be better ? I know nothing.

what are the specs on them like Compression ratio. Forged pistons are normaly a better choice then normal cast. They are alot stronger
