auto and manual harness same?

i need a wire harness i have a manual transmission but found an automatic in the junkyard wit a wire harness. will it work or do i have to get a manual wire harness?

auto's are over-wired for the auto tranny stuff.

only thing im not sure about is the VSS on the tranny... but thats a simple run of a wire.
