auto to manual in 98 ek hatch

I have a 98 hatch with an auto trans. I am thinking of converting to manual. How hard is it and what all do i need? Im an EF guy who just got an EK. And ive been out of the Honda scene for alittle bit now so ive forgotten quite a bit. And information would be great.
