b16 in a 98 Hb

If I put a b16a2 in a 98 HB can I run the engine with the stock wiring harness and b16a2 ecu, or do I have to convert any thing or add wires, does the 98 HB have all the same sesors as the 99-00 civic Sir's

you have to run the stock harness. add wires where needed for vtec, etc
