b17a1 rebuild questions...

So i got a buddy who's balancer came off and took a chunk out of the crank, since b17 short blocks are hard to come by I was thinking we could just use a b16 block should work just as well right?

Why wouldnt it? They share the same heads so the b17 head will swap onto the b16 block and vice versa... cuz they is the same ting mang

Only difference between the b17 and b16 is a slightly longer stroke and like 3ft of a torque.

So the cranks are exactly the same right? only difference is rod length then?
