blew my motor today

i was driving to get some x-mas preseants and my car started stalling when ever i steped on the clutch, then it started knocking really bad. now i have no ride and im sitting home on a saterday night. this sucks!!

i checked the oil it was fine, there was no sign of it. the motor was a b16, i need some parts so if anyone got any let me know
