Built and turbo'd GSR civic over heating ????

I just got my civic back and it over heats while I'm driving but if I stop and let it idle it cools off and now it my wires that go to my fan melted I'm completly clueless here so if y'all could help that would be great thanks

It might be a wild guess, but maybe your fan is no longer working?

What parts are you running have you upgraded your cooling system. I would recomend that anytime you go turbo, What size turbo, how much boost, and intercooler. need to know. Also with most turbo b series engines in a civic the turbo and turbo manifold sit verry close to your fan and wires. Wrap the turbo and manifold up in heat wrap that should help keep some of the heat away but you must use a good intercooler. let me know what u find.
