Can you help me with injectors?

I am boosting my b18 and looking to run dsm injectors. Do I need to install a resistor pack or is it that I just wire up the plugs? Thanks

yes you need a resistor box or to run inline resistors. If they're being installed in an OBD1 del sol.

you might want to consider running other injectors... DSM injectors are great, but they only flow 390cc to my knowledge. go through Precision or holley to get them

But will DSM injectors work for a DD with only 6-7 lbs

true but a 440 wouldn't have to work as hard as a 390 to push fuel, if that came out right. the workload on the 390 will be higher but a 440 will be at a lower work load and still be supplying athe same amout of fuel.

For me, as a general rule of thumb I leave myself room for growth. right now DSM injector might be enough for you, but down the road you might want to do some upgrades to the engine and run more boost, then the DSMs won't be enough. Also use some common sence when doing stuff like this. You will probably never need 1000cc injectors. IMO I'd rather pay a little more once then go cheap the first time, and get the right thing the second time (right dosen't mean being a brand whore either).

dsm off of a automatic are 390cc there red top, the 450cc are blue top off 5 speeds
