read the dyno sheets from magazines like import tuner and super street. they do setups and mods on cars.as much as it hurts to say it Ebay shit would work for his set up.... Though I do agree with you supsension would be a nice place to start till he saves some money but, again from what i understand, he just wants to sound fast

That guy's comments are pretty much exactly what I would have said. What the OP wants doesn't exist. There is no such thing as good AND cheap mods. Yeah, he can throw some E-Bay bolt-ons onto his car for fairly cheap, but all it's going to do is make it sound like a weed whacker and make him a cop/thief magnet. If you actually want to go faster then you need to spend some money...turbo kit, engine swap, good quality bolt-ons, etc.
I'd say do suspension and call it good for now. Save up for a swap or turbo kit.

thats were you are wrong there is such thing as a cheap good mods, some people make more money than other people. therefor a bolt on turbo kit and a good tune may easily be in someones price range and they consider it cheap.
What the hell was the point of posting that? Just to say "look at me, I have money!!"?
Also, if you have the kind of money where a name-brand turbo kit is chump change, then why are you driving a Honda Civic in the first place?
