check engine light on?

i have a 93 ex with a dx motor and tranny and my check engine light stays on when i check the code nothing comes on it just turns of (the light not the car) does anyone know what this could be plz i need help.

Do you have a Dx ECU

yeah i have a dx ecu

try your ex ecu and see if you get codes and if the light blinks if it does then there is something wrong with the ecu that you have.

If you don't get anything on the code you can just reset it. My guess is that it just got triped some how, but is ok now. Make sure first, but my civic does this pretty often. I swapped a B16 in there with matching ecu, but it still does it like every 3k miles or so?
