Civic to Integra brake upgrade.

I have a 95 4 door Civic DX with a B18B1 LS motor in it. After I got the engine swap I have noticed it's alot harder to STOP!!! So I wanna put some Integra brakes in the front and also in the back. I just wanna know what parts I need to ask for when I call the Junkyards to get the parts. What parts would I need to ask for to do the complete conversion for the front and for the back (rear disc brake conversion)?? Thanks!!

as for the fronts and stuff... im not sure. i want to say all you need is the rotor and caliper- but im not sure.
