i have a 91 honda civic wont start smells like gas when i try to start it fuel pump is fine i can hear it when i turn the car on cant figure out why it wont start any help would be great

Hard to say with that limited amount of info.. first of all what kind of engine do you have stock or swapped? Do you have any check engine lights, and if so which codes are you throwing? The more info you can provide the easier people can help you.. we're shooting in the dark with the information you provided so far....
