Code 16 - Ignition Output Signal

my car is running like ass. I am getting a code 16 from the ecu. I looked it up and it is a "ignition output signal" whatever the hell that is. Can somebody tell me what that is and what I can check???

hold up.

code 15 is the igniton out put.

16 is a fuel injector problem. check that they are plugged in correctly and wired up properly with the common grounds all nested together.

correct me if im wrong, but you just did a turbo setup.
what kind of injectors did you use?
