Code 3 and 14 help.

I have code 3 and 14 and I have replaced the IACV and MAP sensor and its still throwing the codes. I just put a 92-95 jdm 1.5 vtec in my 93 civic dx. Im not sure what to do other then test the ohms and im not sure how many ohms it should read if its working?
Any help would be great!
