Would letting the engine run and bubble out the top of the radiator be sufficient or do I have to use the bleed screw. For the bleed screw, what is the correct procedure for bleeding it (engine running or off, pump hoses?, etc?) Thanks.

follow both hoses from the radiator...if you see something that has a hole in it and looks like you can turn it with a wrench (probably gonna be on a connection to the engine) thats your bleed screw.
