Copy Machine Maintenance

I am looking to do a maint kit for a Konica Minolta Bizhub 200.
Mainly just having issues with the automatic feed rollers/separators or whatever they are called.

Anyone have a good website to order from?
Any experience with these things?

when we have HP feed roller issues we order them from HP

yea, i have had good success with HP feed rollers and transfer rollers and that sort of thing
i've also done the HP fuser assemblies, etc
this would be my first time doing a copy machine because the contract is over and they want to raep

normal operation is fine, but when the office staff tries to scan documents, the feeder runs about 2x as fast and keeps running into jam/multifeed issues.

I think I'm over 2 hours away Cel.
I was taking a look at the rollers attempting to match them up with some I had found online and I noticed that the "double feed preventing roller" was not latched in properly and not making full contact with the paper it was meant to prevent from double feeding

snapped that back in place and it seems to be working ok
