I just swapped out the 1.5 in my 92 lx for the d16z6. i used the same engine harness. when i installed the p28 ecu i couldn't hear the fuel pump priming and the engine wouldn't start. i reinstalled the p06 and it starts. is the engine harness the same (minus vtec) or did i buy a bunk p28
