D16 Engine Build

Whats up:
I need some input from you guys'. I will be buying an 88 integra with a DOHC D16 in it. It only makes 118hp and I have been thinking whether to build it up to 200hp without turbo or NOS or swap it with a B series engine. Tell me what you think.
