D16Y1 swap into 84 AK civic

Hi, im swapping a d16y1 into my ak civic and wondering if anyone has fabricated their own engine mounts and if there are any other things I'll need to change.

Companies make swap mounts for it

Ive seen the mounts on hasport but its almost a 1000 to get shipped to Aus. Was interested if anyone had made their own mounts and how they fabricated them.

swap mount kits are $350 theres no way after shipping and even processing it comes to $1000 , if you cant drop $350 in parts sell the d16ya amd get you a first generation dohc zc or a usdm d16a1 its a direct swap, any way you look at it the swap is going to cost a hunk of change and thats not even counting going over any of the 25 year old engines before installing (all seals and timing service is recommended)

you havent even tackled converting the car to obd0 then to obd1 yet either ( not fun or easy )
