D16Y8 Manifold swap on a D16Y7 whats all needed??????

I have a 97 cx hatch with a D16Y7 and I've heard alot about swapping the intake manifold with a D16Y8 manifold. I'm just curious what is all needed to complete the swap???? Thanks!

I know that they mostly bolt up, but there's something you have to modify before it bolts right on. Some buddies in Florida did it and wrote an article, but I forget the name of their site. Maybe those links can get you started.
