ok so humor me.....how hard is it to swap a engine into the new si hatch?

do you have to do anything special to get the engine in there?

damn. that is the titest new civic si i have ever seen. except maybe the mugen one with its sweet mugen kit. mad props on the swap and mods too!!

As for getting the engine in there, you have to first remove the old one. lol.

Sorry, The EP3 comes with a k-series engine already, so the engine bolts up no problem, no need for after market mounts, the only thing you need is the Engine, Wiring Harness, ECU and Transmission if you are swapping that as well. For me I did all of the above and then added the ITR ECU. I still have the stock Type S ECU for whatever reason.
