Driverside door panel remove

Hey i am trying to rmove the door panel so i can fix my window and i can't get the crank arm to come off and i haven no idea how to get it off can you tell me how i can so i can fix this crap because my window is suck right now im screwed

pull on the arm alittle bit, if you look behind it you will see a C-cilp pop that off and it will just slide out. Installation is the reverse.
