i believe that the engine he has is not a D15B4 but is a D15B from a JDM 88-91 Civic 5 door shuttle 55X, although they are identical - the JDM just doesn't say D15B4 - the dual carb JDM D15B engine is basically the same as the USDM D15B2 DPFI engine, just has carbs - it is 98hp - swapping the MPFI intake manifold, injectors, throttle body, etc. gives you about the same engine as swapping the MPFI onto a DPFI DX/LX - we have swapped a few of these engines into DX models using the DPFI - you need to make a block-off plate to cover the hole in the back of the head where the mechanical fuel pump is located
