ECU or Motor

Well, my ZC is running pretty bad. I give it some gas and takes a sec to have the RPMS raise. It runs choppy and when you give it gas it feels like it struggles until past 4500rpms, but feels like it ran out of power. D0 you think I should PM7 ECU? Or is it the motor?

could be a timing issue... check your timing.
alos check your fuel system... clogged filters, mis-fireing injectors, and so forth.

has it EVER run good?
