my 1996 ek9 (d16y8) is having electrical problems. all the power keeps surging only after i first hit the gas, if i start the car and don't touch the gas it wont surge. It has exhaust, aem cold air intake, and the battery has been moved to the back. if you have any suggestions please tell me. thanx !!!
