erratic idling!!!!!!!!!!!&

every time i disconect my battery terminals my car will idle erratically for about a week and a half ,sounds crazy but ive observed it on numerous occasions

the erratic idling consists of the revs bouncing between 1k and 1,5k rpm,afetr a week or so it will fix itself

i recently disconected my terminals to jumpstart a friend,its irritating the crap out of me its been 4days alraedy

W.T.F !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY CAR japanese assembled ek3 with d15b sohc 3 stage vtec,manual transmission 1996 model

any modifications on the car? have you changed throttle bodies/intake manifolds?

try unplugging your TPS sensor. If it evens out, youve found the culprit. make sure you hook it back up or the car will run even worse than before.
