I read about this in the newspaper today. Its a new national website put up by Consumer's Union (magazine). You can voice your complaints about your cell phone service and hopefully changes will be made. You just fill out the online form.

No thank you. My shit works fine. I like Cingular.....loving the rollover! I have more rollover minutes than my plan has! (got 1000 rollover and pay for 600)
