I will also have a spot at the nisei week car show in lil tokyo with my stepdad, my mom, along with some other people from the shop/car crew.

i dont see any stickers on the finished product. the only thing that bothers me on the whole car is the fact that the hood does not line up right.

the hood lines up right, its just that the motor hits the hood so i had to add spacers. trust me if i could take them out i would, but a gsr wasnt ment to be in the car. as a result the taller deck height causes the motor to hit the hood -_-. . . now if it was a b16 it would be okay, but to bad. . . thanks for the comments all, the stickers came off the other day.

im heading out to the dyno sometime this week, ill post the results when all is said and done.

my best friend is really anal retentive and its really rubbed off on me. ive turned into the kinda person that would ditch the gsr because my hood doesnt line up. Nothing personal. really.

Lol, i think it looks a lil different from the rest of the cars. . . but i used to have an sir front end so the clearance wasnt a problem. . . but times change and so do the cars. . but thanks for the input maybe ill get a CF hood sometime to eliminate that problem.

Looks sharp, except for the hood.. A small cowl wouldn't be a bad thing if it wasn't just for looks. What mounts are you using?

az race machine mounts. . . they worked fine when i had the sir front end. . . but i guess the usdm front end isnt gsr friendly. . lol

cutting the hood sounds like a plan, all you do is cut a lil of the supports under it right?

You might want to ask hasport about their mounts.. They should make the engine clear just fine.

Otherwise, cutting out the hood support structure should work, but you should find another way to brace it up after you do.

LOOKS GREAT! look into getting hasport mounts, the engine does clear with their mounts. i'm with everyone on the hood thing, but don't cut it, leave the spacers till you can save up for the mounts. then drop that hood the way it should be.

I see hoods like that all the time in Honda Tuning, don't know why they won't fix it. What ever looks good, that's how to build an EF!
