I think that may be sped up. The noise doesnt match the dudes foot action.
They sell S/C kits for B&S motors, turns them into live grenades. I turbo'd my kart if you remember, I was TERRIFIED to ride it after I was warned about the shrapnel effect on 4cycle.com. They also sell built lower compression motors design for kart FI, but again, they still grenade quickly and turn into shrapnel

I made a manifold and the piping quick and just wanted to see if the lil B&S engine could spin the turbo. It spun it, but only to 1/2 or 1psi. Didnt make a power difference either so I took it off. I used a 14b turbo thinking that it was plenty small enough to spool up.
