That thing must be seriously gutted, or the Busa motor must be extremely built. The 1300's put down like 180 stock...

Naa, that thing revs retardely high, geared properly you could run 12s or better easily. Might not have a killer top end, though.

Doesn't matter how high the engine revs if the peak output isn't very great.

A stock mk1 Rabbit/Golf weighs around 2100lbs

Loose most of the interior and replace the drivetrain w/one thats 100lbs lighter and it probably weighs in around 1500lbs...w/the 6 speed sequential tranny mid 12's aren't really out of the question

The stock Hayabuse runs 9's and weighs about 500lbs
