Bad camera work, sloppy flying, terrible editing, and about the only thing that "could" be used from a turbo is the compressor wheel. But it's not used. In fact, every ~$3500 turbine engine is hand crafted from purpose- designed parts. No truck turbo jet engines here.

sure? heres a book that tells you how to build a gas turbine engine from the shaft and compressor wheel from turbocharger.

and check out http://www.gtba.co.uk/homebuilt_engine_designs.htm for some different types/designs of homemade gas turbines.

i think you have to build them your self. i can only find propeller planes that are sold commercially.
