Ok, I have a 93 Lude Vtec and I can't stand cruzin at 80 at like 4200 rpm. I know it will slow me down in the quarter a little bit but is it possible to put an H23 or F22 tranny on an H22? And if so, will it be strong enough for the power that the car produces? It's stock so far, other than brakes.

You could, but there's a better idea. Get an H23 or F22 5th gear and install it in your tranny. That way, you have the cool 1-4th gears, and a nice long 5th for cruising.

Nice name, by the way. :D

Looks like a Prelude H23 5th gear goes for $69.71 on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
You'd probably want to replace some synchros in the tranny while you've got it apart. At least the 5th gear synchro. A full (i.e. 5-gear) synchro set goes for $111.96 on the same site.
So, there are your costs. All you need is the knowledge and the tools and you're set.
