h22a4 idle prob

this is my 01 lude, with the jackson sc on it. I was having problems with it idleing to low or just dying all together, i pulled the map sensor plug and the engine came back to life, im assuming that means the map is bad? If so is there anyone who has one for cheaper than the dealer price out there? or if thats not the prob can anyone suggest another way to look?

what did i tell you about making multiple threads about the same shit?

you just got e-slapped...


did you pull the CEL code yet?
you unplugged the map and it ran better?
did that make your code stop? or give you more codes?

did you try stopping vacuum from going to the MAP?

did the car run when you got it? or it wasn;t running right then?

haven;t really ever seen a MAP go bad...
check juk yards for cheaper prices...
sounds like maybe your managment isn't reading the boost right?
