If you mean a B head, then no.
Don't the H heads fit on F blocks with a little work???
I think I remember reading about this some threads ago...

Accords never came in an "Si" trim.
And an H22 head will only fit onto an F-series bottom end with lots of work and several extra thousand dollars around.
