HELP!!!! 93 delsol and wont start, D16z6,

i have a 93 del-sol and i just changed the water pump bc it was busted. i have changed the plug, wires, cap, rotor, water pump, belts, timing belt, oil, and i thinks about it.lol. and i can get the car to start but i have to move the dizzy back and forth to get it to start and i have to hold the the throttle at about 2500 RPM or Higher and it runs great but if it goes below 2500 RPM it bogg's out and if u punch the throttle it wil bogg also and shut off . then i have to do it all over to get it start. so if anyone can please help me
