Azureus is a bittorrent client. Without torrent files (which you download from torrent sites) it is useless. And currently all the torrent sites are shut down pending lawsuits from the MPAA.

Not all Torrent sites are down... you can always download legal stuff. I pull gigs and gigs worth of legal crap every day.
