Where can I find any shop that can replace my old cylinder liner on B18c engine block, to a better one included with block-guard. Location: Malaysia(Northen Reagion)

I don't think anyone's really going to know the answer to that question. Most of us here are from the US. Do you have a phone-book or directory available to you either in print or on the web? I would just start calling some places to ask...
