Help me I'm retarded

I have a b16a1 in my 92 civic DX. I was all done doing the swap and tried to start it and all I could hear was the starter making a a click and then a high pitched hum. I think that the motor is locked up, but what do I know....PLEASE help!!!!!!! Thanks

It sounds like your battery is dead. And that hum is probably your fuel pump.
