Help to ID Heads

Is there some way to help ID heads? i have 2 DOHC A1, and a JDM Z1 head and i just was curious on how to id them. The only thing i can find is Hm4 how can i tell what head is what?

Integra D16A1 heads:

JDM DOHC ZC head - notice the projections on both sides of the head for attaching valve cover which aren't on the D16A1 head
