help with pictures!!!!!!!!

can someone tell me how to compress or down size pictures for this forum. It says the file is too big!

Photoshop> edit >image size> bring it down to a reasonable size

you can also use paint. open the image in paint, image, then stretch/skew and adjust it.

Yeah, if you hold down shift it should transform it to scale.
