Because you're an idiot that wants to be spoon-fed, that's why. You're talking about building a hybrid B-series engine here. There's about 10 billion "How To" articles on the Internet about this very subject that will list out all the parts you need and give you a general idea on the price.

HOWEVER...

We don't know what exactly you want to do here. How much is dude asking for the block? What other parts do you want to put into it? It's hard to give you a number when you're being so vague about this, so either provide some more info and quit bitching or take your attitude elsewhere...
