i heard from a reliable source that isuzu designed and/or built or is building the diesel engines for the accords over there. Honda made some kind of trade with isuzu like the passport, which is more or less an isuzu trooper with a honda emblem, for production of diesel engines overseas. anybody thats been inside or around a passport can tell theres nothin much honda about it.
