all in doing is replacing a currently non running completely stock B16A2 with another completely stock but currently OBD1 B16A2. simple enough but impossible without tools or Honda smarts (yes im a born and raised chevy guy.)

Even with Chevy smarts and some basic tools you could do that swap. There really isnt much to it, pull the old one, replace OBDI parts with the OBDII parts, and replace. Your gooing to pay a lot for a shop to do that. To bad you moved from Ohio, I d do it for you.^_^

Yea, well I've got my hands, a Phillips and flathead, side cutters, needlenoses, and a hammer. Those are pretty simple lol. Ill just beat on it with the hammer until it breaks free. Yea, I wish it was in Ohio too. It still would be (well probably not because itd be done and back) if a friend of a friend who had a B18C1 and swapability(?) didnt screw me over.
