We're still waiting for the source of your 27% statistic. But in the meantime, allow me to refute the idea of a "democratic run media":
in 2000, CBS gave $13,505 to Repubs and 0 to democrats. FOX gave he dems $97k but to the republicans they gave $240k. Microsoft, part of MSNBC, gave the GOP $1.9 million for the 2002 elections.
So tell me again who's running who?

I was asking where did you get that from? I've never heard 27%, I know its up, but not at that big of margin.

You are confusing devaluation of currency (which happened in post-war germany, on a massive scale), which stems from printing more money to pay of the deficit. Deficit can be safely avoided by saner fiscal policy (just like McClintock advocated in the bid for California governorship). In fact, the declining US dollar has been good for me, as I have bought quite a bit of foreign currency (and gold).
