jtornado- if you seriously want to do this, you could buy a replacement flasher module for about $10-15 from your local auto parts store, look for the big resistor that controls the flash rate, then replace it with a potentiometer that has the old resistor value somewhere in the middle of its adjustment range. Wire the potentiometer to somewhere in your cabin and you can adjust your blink rate to whatever you want whenever you want. I used that setup for a while when I was playing with LED replacement bulbs.
