and the problem with embezzeling is there is always a paper trail, and the longer you don't get caught the more daring you get which is what usually leads to them getting caught, and then they follow the paper trail back through the years to get the outrageous $$ figures

a local court clerk or some shit got banged out around me last year, i think half a million
