i just bought a rx 8

So, I just bought a cherry-red RX-8. What should I do with it? I'm thinking of putting a lighter battery in there to begin with. Maybe custom-build one with Lithium Ion cells. Then probably some wider and/or stickier tires.

What do you guys think?

Follow the money: The reason there is no cure for Cancer is because it would shut down a multi-billion dollar industry.

Think I'm being paranoid ? Think about it. Shit that has no bearing whatsover on life gets cured with little invested money, and in fact makes money on the cure. Cialis pills are almost outselling Beano, and that's no mistake.

exactly... having dated someone, and having a cousin who work in the R&D side of the pharmaceutical industry, i can tell you flat out, there is no interest in developing cures.
there is no money in curing something. the money is in treating something for as long of a time as you can. the money is in creating a drug that you will be dependent on for the rest of your life.

I'm sorry, but I get paid in dollars, and live in Europe. There's nothing mighty, or anything resembling strong about the dollar anymore. When I moved here, the rate was 1 EUR = 0.96 USD, and now it's 1 EUR = .60 USD. Nothing mighty about it.


Pretty soon the oil markets are going to decide that they don't want oil traded in dollars, and when they switch to the Euro, we're all fucked.
