1) she likes him because she thinks she can change him
2) he'll cheat on her, and not care, and she'll beg him to stay
3) you can't do much, because the ball is in HER court after you telling her how you feel.
4) if she passes up a guy like you for a guy like him, she's stupid and i wouldn't want to date her anyway...
...it's better just to let her go, and have her be your friend, but if she's with him at some point, you'll either have to completely let her go, or tell her she's making a mistake.
either way, you can't tell her what to do... best of luck though. there's more girls like her, and there's more girls who'll treat you well. don't go looking, that's when she'll fall into your lap.
